Shortlisted for NHS Primary Care Innovation of the Year

Dermicus is dramatically improving skin cancer diagnosis times (26 days down to 0.6) on the Isle of Wight and has now been shortlisted for the 2020 HSJ Awards NHS Primary Care Innovation of the Year, recognising its outstanding contribution to healthcare. Since May 2020 all the 14 GP practices on the island is using the teledermatology platform from Gnosco.

The team running the project, includes of Isle of Wight CCG, Isle of Wight Trust, Lighthouse Medical, Wessex Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) and Gnosco.
